Team Cannabis One of the Top Fundraisers for SF AIDS Walk
Even more evidence of marijuana’s growing prowess as a viable commodity (take that free vodka promotion!) is the fact that when marijuana speaks, people listen. And when marijuana wants your money, most of the time you give it to her.
The folks over at Team Cannabis know this well and have managed to become one of the top fundraisers of the 2015 San Francisco AIDS Walk. Now who doesn’t like that, charity and Charras?
By the way, this wouldn’t be the first time Cannabis clubs or industry has donated or funded social movements here in San Francisco. A little know fact is that major LGBTQ youth organizations such as LYRIC and Larkin Street Youth Services receive donations from Cannabis dispensaries, The Apothecarium being one.
