Bay Area Man Arrested for Pot Possession and Stealing 7 Cases of Red Bull
Getting caught with over two ounces of pot is one of those moments when someone truly wishes they had wings and could fly, fly away. Unfortunately for one Bay Area man, the only flying he will be doing is sailing from one hefty inmate’s lap to another.
Police report that a 20-year old man was nabbed in the East Bay last week for stealing 7 cases of Red Bull from a Raley’s supermarket.
Sacramento-resident Deandre Harris was initially stopped by police for a vehicle code violation. After highly providing a false name and being unable to produce identification, Harris was questioned further.
It was then that police discovered over two ounces of cannabis on Harris, well over the legal limit. After a few cold sweats later, Harris reluctantly confessed to police that he had also stolen 7 cases of Red Bull from a local store.
Harris, who is also on parole, was arrested and booked into Solano County Jail where he now awaits trial.
